Desouk Misdemeanor Court ruled on Saturday 11/4/2015 to release “Abdel-Fattah El-Sheikh ” a graduate of the Faculty of Commerce Kafr el-Sheikh University, after a long arrest for more than eighty days.
It is noteworthy that the security forces had arrested “Abdel Fattah El-Sheikh” arbitrarily contrary to law, on Friday, 01.23.2015 from a street in Kafr El-Sheikh, to be taken to “Desouk” Center headquarters where he was presented to the public prosecution, which accused him of several charges, notably: protesting without a permit, and then remained him in custody pending investigation then he was referred to a misdemeanor court which ruled  not guilty of the charges, which leaded to his release Sunday, 12/04/2015.
