Nine days ago that Egyptian security forces arrested “Sahib El-sayed ” fourth year student at the Faculty of Education – University of Menoufia, arbitrarily, and is also is forced to hide without locating his whereabouts until this moment.

The student was arrested on Thursday, 04.09.2015, while coming out of college gate by personnel in civilian clothes and a cab owners, which is contrary to all international laws and conventions and human rights, and Universal Declaration of Rights and Freedoms items which says it is not permitted to hide any person for more than 24 hours, and must be presented to the competent parliamentary bodies, and his whereabouts must be reviled to his family and lawyer .
