Military Court in Alexandria ruled on Tuesday, 04/21/2015 to impersonate “Maysra El-sayed Salah” student at industrial technical institute in Mahalla, “Anas Saed Bassiouni,” and “Ashraf Garaba” students at Faculty of Engineering, Tanta University, to five years, and “Omar Gareeb “first year student at the Faculty of Sharia and Law Al-Azhar University, Tanta branch,to three years in prison in case No. 11 military.
It is noteworthy that the security forces have arrested the student, “Anas Bassiouni” arbitrarily contrary to the law on 05.30.2014, & he was held inTanta public prison, also arrested the student, “Ashraf Gharaba” on 25.01.2014 from his home, while the student “Maysara Elsayed Salah” was arrested arbitrarily on 14/01/2014 from a street in Tanta, to be held at second Tanta Department and then transferred to the Security Directorate building where he was tortured and electrocuted to force confess to crimes among them belonging to a Banned group, he has 2 other Military cases
