After forced to hide for four days, the public prosecutor decided on Tuesday, 21/04/2015 to impersonate “Mohammed Ahmed Shafiq,” first year student at the Faculty of Agriculture, Mansoura University, for a period of 15 days pending investigations.
It is noteworthy that the security forces had arrested the student from his home in the village of Batena Mahala Center arbitrary in violation of the law without permission or  court order, on Friday, 17/04/2015, to be taken to an undisclosed location where he was forced to hide for 4 days and was not presented to the public prosecutor and was not allowed to contact his lawyers or his family  in clear violation of the laws, until noon yesterday at the headquarters of the police department camp to be presented to the public prosecutor who accused him of several charges, notably: belonging to a banned group founded against the law , and then the public prosecutor ordered to imprison him pending investigations.
