The appeals court in Shebeen El Koum decided today to refuse the the resumption request provided by 5 students in Menoufeia University.
students are:
1- Mohammad Fadel Zalabya, faculty of medicine,
2- Salah Shokry, religion origins
3- Abdul Rahman Aly, faculty of engineering,
4- Mohammad Mahdy, faculty of engineering,
5- Osama El Nahas, faculty of science.

Worth mentioning that the students were illegally and arbitrarily arrested on Monday 9/3/2015 from their accommodation in Shebeen in a clear violation for laws and the universal declaration for human rights that doesn’t allow arresting anyone without a justifying judicial reason or an order from the prosecution.
