The military court held in the Haixtep decided to delay the sentence in a case include 6 Menoufeia students to the 1/8/2015. Students names are:

1- Al Baraa Kamal, student in the fourth year, faculty of engineering, who was arrested from the airport then he was released on the 30th August 2015 but he was accused of destroying buildings in a new violation to be added to the series of violations committed by the current regime.
2- Moomen El Aqraa, student in the fourth year, faculty of commerce, who was arrested on 5/3/2015
3- Abdul Rahman Kassab, student at the second year, faculty of law, who was arrested on 24/12/2013
4- Abdul Rahman Khaled, student at the first year, faculty of arts, who was arrested on 24/12/2013
5- Ahmad Hamed Sharaf El Din, student at the first year, faculty of arts, who was arrested on 24/12/2013
6- Abdullah Ramadan, student at the third year, faculty of commerce, who was arrested on 24/12/2013

At the observatory we condemn such violations against Egyptian students that violate civil laws and human rights that Egypt signed on 1976, as item 10 state that everyone has the right to be judged in front a fair civil court regarding his rights, duties and any accusation he is accused of.
