For the 20th day, the student Ahmad Yousry is still disappeared after kidnapping him with his brother at the dawn on 4/5/2015 till now. This is just a continuity to the followed up methodology by the Egyptian security that violates all laws and the Universal declaration of human rights that criminalize enforced disappearance and doesn’t allow it for authorities.

Also, it violates the laws related to the privacy of houses that was preserved by item 58 of the Egyptian constitution that states” Houses has their privacy and it is prohibited ,unless for danger or appeal, to storm, look it up, observe or spy without a permission from the prosecution. In the observatory we condemn such violation and we demand authorities to reveal the place where the student is and they bear the full responsibility towards the student’s safety.
