The prosecution of Bab sharq in Alexandria decided on Thrusday 4/6/2015 to renew the imprisonment of 14 students in the known case of Engineering Massacre, for 45 days.
Students names are:
1- Alaa El Naggar, faculty of engineering
2- Ibraheem Ramadan, faculty of engineering
3- Abdul Rahman Ahmad, faculty of engineering
4- Mahmoud Mostafa, faculty of engineering
5- Mohammad Khaled, faculty of engineering
6- Mohammad Hossam, faculty of engineering
7- Abo Bakr Hossam, faculty of engineering
8- Mohammad Mokhtar, faculty of engineering
9- Abdul Rahman Gaber, faculty of engineering
10- Mohammad Salah, faculty of engineering
11- Abdul Rahman Abdullatif Harb, faculty of engineering
12- Ahmad Fat-hy, faculty of engineering
13- Ahmad El Sayed, faculty of Agriculture
14- Sameer Ismail
That was a violation to the privacy of the University campus and a violation for all laws, documents and the international declaration for human rights that state in article 9 : ” No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile”. Students were arrested on the 14/10/2014 from the University when the securtiy forces stormed the University then students were accused of killing the students Sherif Naser and Omar EL Shereef, as well as injuring the police man Mohammad Ahmad Sorour and Lt Khedr Saber, plus cutting through the road, showing off power, and owning 14 Molotov.
