Assiut Criminal Court ruled on Saturday 06/06/2015 to release “Essam Nasr Ahmed  “, “Abdullah Ahmed Shaheen,” and “Walid Ali Thabet “,  fourth year students at the Faculty of Science – University of Assiut, in Case No. 3236 for the year 2015 Criminal court.
Recalling that the students were arrested arbitrarily against the law in different times and different places, it has been reported to us that the student Essam Naser were arrested from inside the University hostel on 12.01.2015, while both”Abdullah” and “Walid” were arrested while doing their exams on 17.1.2015, to guide them to the public prosecutor who accused them of  several charges  most importantly “joining a banned group, and possession of papers.”
