After his father worked hard to get the permission for his son Anas Kassab to take his exams, the student won’t be able to take them. The helpless father has no other choice but to sue the management of the faculty with the managerial court that didn’t start the case.
That violation is against article 28 of prisons law that state that prison management should teach prisoners with taking in consideration: “age, interests and interest”. In freedom seekers observatory, we demand all Egyptian faculties management to easy the permissions for students. Also, we urge our followers to tell us about any intransigence in getting the permissions for students.
Student was arrested on 16/12/2014 as some people accused him of trying to explode electricity tower then the prosecution added them to the detainees in terrorist cells accusing them of targeting judges, police and army officers. Students were tortured to confess these accusations.
