Giza appeal court ruled on Monday 06/15/2015 the refusing to the appeal for ” Abdel-Fattah Attiyah” student at the Higher Technological Institute at Sixth of October Branch, to renew his detention for 15 days pending investigations.

Recalling that the student, “Abdel Fattah Attiya” was arbitrary arrested against the law on Saturday, 14/02/2015 from his home, he was presented before the public prosecutor who accused him of several charges, including: burning KFC branch at the pyramid, burning Mobinil branch, planting an explosive device in front of a Mall that led to the death of an officer, and targeting security patrols.
