The prosecution of 6th of October decided to save the case of Mohammad Hanafy and release him due to lack of proofs against him. Hanafy is a student in the first year, faculty of business management, science and culture city.

The student was arrested on 9/4/2015 when security forces stormed his house and took him and his brother Abdul Rahman, the stduent in the second year, faculty of engineering, Ahram institute in 6th of October. The brothers were disappeared for a week then they appeared in the first time they were exposed to prosecution on 16/4/2015. The court kept renewing his imprisonment until the case was saved yesterday.
