The resumption court decided to release the three high school students:
1- Amal MAgdy EL Hosseiny
2- Heba Ossama Abo Eissa
3- Safaa Aly Abo Eid

Students were arrested with other 13 people illegally and arbitrarily on 5/5/2015. The prosecution accused them of involvement in violence events in Sorour and the Clock squares in Damietta. Then they were kept in custody until getting the investigations of the national security then the prosecution kept them in custody for investigation.

We got news that students were beaten and humiliated in a way violates all laws including the Egyptian constitution that state in article 42 that any one who is arrested shouldn’t be hurt physically or psychologically; also, he shouldn’t be kept in inappropriate places” Anything that said in the fore mentioned circumstances in the shouldn’t be taken in consideration.
