- First Circuit held in New Cairo court yesterday on Monday 07/06/2015 refused the appeal submitted by the State Security Prosecution, and upheld the release of “Samar Hassan Mahmoud Mohammed,” the student at the Faculty of Law, Cairo University , in case No. 205 of 2015 inventory of the State Security Supreme.

It is noteworthy that the security forces have arrested the student arbitrarily contrary to
the law on 2/11/2915 after storming her parents' house and stealing some belongings from her, which included mobile phones sums of money, then she was escorted to an unknown place and
It was hid for several days, noting that she is now jailed in Qanatr Female jail & her next
session to be presented to the prosecutor is supposed to be on 24/02/2015.
Her Arrest was violation to all international conventions and laws that criminalize
arbitrarily arrest or exile to a person, or forced to hide without committing a crime or
handing a direct charges to him.
