Military court in Mansoura decided on Wednesday 07/15/2015 to imprisonment the student  “Khaled Mohammed Elmasry “, Faculty of Pharmacy Mansoura University in prison for fifteen years, on charges of murdering a citizen during demonstrations against the current regime in 2013, and referred his case papers to the military court in October 2013.

Noting this Military trials is against the current Egyptian constitution, that statues that it may not Trial a Civilian before a Military Court.
