Beba public prosecution decided yesterday, Sat 1/8/2015, to renew the imprisonment for Ahmad Hassan, the student in the third year, faculty of science, Beny Sweif university for 15 days for more investigation; hence, moving to magazine 10 in the central prison in Beny Sweif.
Security forces arrested the student from one of the streets in Beba on Saturday 11/7/2015 then he was taken to an unknown place neither for his family nor for his lawyer for 13 days which is absolutely violating the first article of the international agreement for protecting individuals from enforced disappearance that says: ” No one should be exposed to enforced disappearance”. He met the prosecution on last Saturday.
Also, disappearing the student and arresting him violates the 54th article of the Egyptian constitution that stated that personal freedom is a granted right and no one shall be locked unless caught in a criminal action.
