Police Department of Bandar Alfayoum has accused -today, Thursday 13/8/2014- the student

Abdulbasit Shaheen Abdulbasit, the student at faculty of Darul-‘uloom, with demonstration without

having a declaration. That came under the background of the police report written for the student,

number 1754 for the year 2015. Which decided to put him in the confinement jail for 15 days under

investigations.

It’s worth mentioning that the court of Appeals has accepted the student’s appeal on his detention’s

decision on Thursday 6/8/2015 and made a decision to release him with a guarantee appreciated by

1000 L.E., under the background of his accusations in case number 6624/Bandr Alfayoum Police

Station. Whilst the police department refused to release him, which is considered as fatal violation of

the law. Not only, but it also accused him with demonstration.
