- Security forces on Tuesday, 08.11.2015 kidnapped, “Ali Hassan” fourth year student of Civil Engineering Department – Fayoum University, and then took him to an unknown location and did not inform his family or lawyer so far of his whereabouts.

It is worth mentioning that the student has been arrested as he entered the headquarters of the Syndicate of Engineers in Fayoum to attend a course, the student forced disappearance came contrary to the provisions of the international laws and charters of human rights, especially as stipulated in Article I of the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearances, “a person may not be invoked in exceptional circumstances whatsoever, whether a state of war or a threat war, internal political instability or any other public emergency exception, to justify enforced disappearances.
