Military court decided on Tuesday, 02/24/2015 to postpone the trial,for  “Ahmed Ashraf full” third year student at the Faculty of Science, Assiut University to Sunday 03/01/2015 session .
Pointing out  that the student had been handed over to the security forces by university security and members of the security forces ( Falcoon)  and held in Assiut police Department, till Wednesday 10/12/2014 , where he was then presented in-front of the  public prosecutor on several charges, including: demonstrating without a permit, to join a banned group founded against the law, damaging the front gate of the University of Assiut, in Case No. 7849 for year 2014, and then the public prosecution ordered his imprisonment pending investigation, and referred to the military court, which ruled yesterday to postpone the trial for the first session of the month of March.
