Ruled on behalf of the “second Montazah” on Sunday, 16.08.2015 to temporary imprison for 15 days pending investigations, “Osama Abdel Moneim Riad” student at the Faculty of Science – Alexandria University, in the charges against him of demonstrating without a license, damaging public facilities, and belonging to an outlawed group.
The security forces had arrested the student arbitrarily on Friday dawn, 08/14/2015, on his way to dawn prayers, and this is a violation contrary to the provisions of Article No. (54) of the current Constitution, which states that: “Personal freedom is the right of people , which is inviolable do not compromise, and except in the case of flagrant derelict, no one may be arrested, searched, imprisoned, or freedom restricted except by a causal judicial warrant required by the investigation. “
