Arbitrary arrest .. one of the leading practices which topped the scene of violations carried out by the security forces of the current Egyptian authorities over the past school year, although it came in the text of Article (54) of the current Egyptian constitution which legalized cases where it is permissible individuals arrested, in the existence of specific charges in the permit or reasoned arrest warrant, but we “freedom seekers monitor ” we were able during the school year 2014-2015 to monitor (1409) cases of arbitrary arrest without a permit based on objective accusations carried out by the security forces against the Egyptian institutes and university students, and the regime release of (514) of them, while the rest of the students are still under arrest till this moment.
