At its meeting held on Monday 08/17/2015, the Military Court in Ismailia issued a decision against ten university students to postpone the trial, in addition to three other students at the secondary level, for a week to complete the hearing, the names of the students and their data came as follows:
1-Hamada Ahmed Imam, fourth year student at the Faculty of Commerce – Zagazig University.
2-Anas Ahmed Salim, fourth year student at the Faculty of Commerce – Zagazig University.
3-Mustapha Reda El-sayed , first year student at the Faculty of Commerce – Zagazig University.
4- Ahmed Adel Ahmed Obelenain, pre university student, Faculty of Engineering – University of Zagazig.
5-Ammar Ahmed Abdel Razek, first year student at the Faculty of Engineering – University of Zagazig.
6-Mahmoud Mohammed Aladdin, first year student at the Faculty of Arts – University of Zagazig.
7-Mohamed Said Mohamed Ahmed Mustafa, second year student at the Faculty of Arts – University of Zagazig.
8-Maaz Fekri Habib, first year student at the Faculty of Arabic Language – Al-Azhar University Zagazig Branch.
9-Abdullah Ahmad El-sayed Amra, third year student at the Faculty of Usul Din Al-Azhar University of Zagazig Branch.
10-Ali Abdel Aal Mohammad, first year student at the Faculty of Arabic Language – Al-Azhar University Zagazig Branch.
In addition of: “Mohammad Sami”, “Rafat Mahmood,” and “Ahmed Abdel-Hamid Gondy”, students at the secondary level.
It is noteworthy that the security forces had arrested students arbitrarily contrary to the law, and that on Sunday, 11.16.2014, where the public prosecutor accused them of several charges in the record of case No. 361/2015, known as “breaking into the police service officers club “, to be imprisoned pending investigations, then referred to military trial, in clear violation of Article No. (204) of the current Egyptian Constitution, which states that” the military judiciary is an independent judicial body, specializes exclusively adjudicate in all crimes related to the armed forces and its officers and its members and similar, committed members of the General Intelligence and crimes during it and you may not trial a civil before military courts. “
