Ignoring all international Laws and norms Egyptian security forces continue violations against Egyptian and institutes university students, it was reported to us that the students “Hazem Khaled Rifai,” and “Ibrahim Fawzi,” the students at the Faculty of Sharia and Law Al-Azhar University,were subjected to severe torture, which led to a break in the first student nose and a waistcoat crisis for the second student, in addition to the intransigence of Meet Gamr Department of Administration and not allowing them to see a doctor.
The security forces have arrested the two students arbitrarily from their friend’s house from bituminous western province, on 02/12/2015, and then forced hide them for seven days, amid reports of torture, before being referred to military trial after being accused of forming a terrorist cell, and this is contrary to the rule of “204,” which states that “the military judiciary is an independent judicial body, specializes exclusively in all crimes related to the armed forces and its officers and its members, and the like, and crimes of members of the General Intelligence during and because of the service, may not be prosecuted civilians before military courts. “
