“The arrest, detention, abduction or any other form of deprivation of liberty by agents of the State or by persons or groups of persons acting with the authorization or support from the state or with their consent, followed by a refusal to acknowledge the deprivation of liberty or by concealment of the fate of the disappeared person or his whereabouts , thus depriving them of the protection of the law “, this is the definition of enforced disappearance, according to Article (2) of the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearances, which criminalizes the commission of it, and here on the anniversary of the International Day of enforced disappearance victims, we documented the number of cases that had been forced hidden, 421 cases of male and female students we were able to monitor and document, disappearances have increased more systematically so that target specific category here only are students, where it became the Egyptian authorities weapon against its opponents and a tool to gag them not only to arrest the Students then hide them, but also they are tortured during the period of hiding , forcing them to plea guilty to charges they did not commit under torture, and these cases were not presented to the Prosecutor’s Office to issue a decision for their  imprisonment, and others waiting inside their places of detention illegally without knowing about them , there are cases of killings of several outside the framework of law, after exposure to force hiding for several days then their bodies get found and government accuse them that they died in action, or committed certain felonies.

From our side we Observatory “of Freedom seekers” We condemn it strongly, making concealment forced tantamount to a crime against humanity, and in turn we reiterate the appeal of the current Egyptian authorities the need to stop such abuses, which have proved to be a crime against the human right and the statute of limitations, as we call quickly to reveal the whereabouts of the students and bring those responsible for what happened to them to a quick and fair trial, loaded with the responsibility to maintain their lives and their personal safety to the current Egyptian authorities .
