The Arab Republic of Egypt forefront of the international scene in the memory of the global Day of enforced disappearance, several violations against the rights of the  university students and the Egyptian institutes led by the crime of enforced disappearance, which is used by the current Egyptian authorities , in violation of the rights and against the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance, and the best witness to that is the case of “Amr Ibrahim Abdel Moneim” Student at the Academy of Maadi Engineering, is under enforced disappearance for nearly two years and two months, since he was kidnapped by security forces after the Republican Guard events on 08.07.2013, and a various news about his presence in the Valley of Nitrite prison , and then later transferred to the military prison in Ismailia ‘Azula’, without any legal process or trial, and without the knowledge of his whereabouts and he is still detained until this moment.
