Prosecution in Waraq decided yesterday Friday, 04/09/2015 the imprisonment of “Mohammed Saeed Abdul Hakim” fourth year student at community service at the City of Culture and Science 15 days pending investigations on the charges against him, most notably demonstration without a permit, and now he is being held at Warraq Police Department.
The security forces have arrested the student arbitrarily on Tuesday, 01.09.2015 without judicial authorization, and this is a violation contrary to the provisions of Article No. (54) of the current Constitution, which states that: “Personal freedom is the normal right , which shall not be touched, Except in the case of flagrante delicto, no one may be arrested, searched or, or imprisoned, or freedom restricted except by a causal judicial warrant required by the investigation. “
