Mansoura Criminal Court decided yesterday Saturday 05/09/2015 to postpone the trial of “Omar Samir Elkady” third year student at the Faculty of Science, Mansoura University, to Saturday 17/10/2015 session where he had been sentenced to life imprisonment in absentia and was re-trialed after his arrest.
It is worth mentioning that the student had been arrested arbitrarily against the law from Cairo International Airport while traveling with his mother on 11/04/2015, where he was detained at Cairo airport for two hours and was forced hidden then for several days to appear later at the first Mansoura section, which It was contrary to all local laws and international conventions and the human rights.
