Ruled on behalf Monia Elnaser court yesterday Sunday 06/09/2015 the imprisonment for “Mustafa Eid,” a student at the Faculty of Engineering – Mansoura University for a period of fifteen days  pending investigations, and then he was deported to the center Mehalat Demna.

It states that he had been a student arbitrarily arrested on Friday, 04/09/2015, where security forces broke into his house at dawn and arrested him, which was a flagrant violation as provided for in Article “58” of the Egyptian constitution “homes are sanctity, and except for cases of danger, it shall not be entered, or inspected, or monitored, wiretapped except by a causal judicial warrant”

Also what the student suffered of violating detention and arbitrary arrest is a violation of human rights and local , international laws, and the text of the Egyptian Constitution in its article number “54” that: “Personal freedom is the normal right , which shall not be touched, except in the case of flagrante delicto, no one may be arrested, or patted down, or imprisoned, or freedom restricted except by a causal judicial warrant required by the investigation. “
