- Ruled via Agaah public court on Sunday, 06/09/2015, to temporary imprisonment three student for 15 days pending investigation and their names are “Jihad al-Din Muhammad,” a student at the Faculty of Nursing – Mansoura University, “Mohammed Aldeasity” student at the Faculty of Computer and Information Sciences – Mansoura University, and “Hamdeen Imam Muhammad Rizieq “student at the Faculty of Engineering – Sallab University in Mansoura, on charges of : to demonstrating without a license, and belonging to a banned group based against the law.
Recalling that the students were arrested separately, where the student, “Jihad Aldein Mohamed” was arbitrary arrested from one of the streets on Tuesday 01/09/2015 and forced to hide for 4 days, as for the student “Mohammed Aldeasity” he was arbitrary arrested from one of the streets also on Tuesday 01/09/2015 and forced to hide for 4 days, and the student, “Hamdeen Al-emam” was arrested arbitrary on Wednesday 02/09/2015 and forced to hide for three days until they were presented before Aja police department, and now students are held at the first Mansoura Department.
It is worth mentioning that the students arrests and force hide came contrary to Article No. (54) of the current Egyptian constitution, which stated stipulating that “Personal freedom is a natural right, which shall not be touched, except in the case of flagrante delicto, no one may be arrested or searched, or detained, or freedom restricted except by a causal judicial warrant required by the investigation. “It also stipulates that” after someone arrest he should be immediately informed all the reasons for restricting his freedom and know his rights in writing, and can connect his family and his lawyer immediately, and to submit to the investigating authority during the twenty-four hours From time of his arrest, “in addition to the violation of Article No. (1) of the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearances, which came stipulating that” no one shall be subjected to enforced disappearance. “
