Alismaelilya Court has decided -on its last session held on Tuesday, 8-9-2015- to delay tge verdict

of 10 college students and three others at high school until the 17th of the current month. Their

information came as below:

1- Hamada Ahmad Imam, who is enrolled in the forth stage at faculty of Commerce, Alzakazik

University.

2- Anas Ahmad Selim, who is enrolled in the forth stage of commerce, ElZakazik University.

3- Mostafa Reda Elssayed, who is enrolled in the freshman year of commerce, Elzakazik University.

4- Ahmad Adel Abol’enien, who is enrolled in the primary stage of faculty of engineering, Elzakazik

University.

5- Ammar Ahmad Abdwlrazik, freshman year of Engineering, Elzakazik University.

6- Mahmoud Muhammad Alaa Eldeen, freshman year of Arts, Elzakazik University.

7- Mohammad Sa’eid Muhammad Ahmad Mostafa, second year of Arts, Elzakazik University.

8- Mo’aaz Fekri Habib, freshman year of Arabic Language, Alazhar University, Elzakazik branch.

9- Abdullah Ahmad Elsaayed Umrah, third year of Religion Origins, Alazhar University, Elzakazik

branch.

10- Ali Abdelaal Mohammad, freshman year of Arabic Language, Alazhar University, Elzakazik

branch.

In addition, Mohammad Samy, Raafat Mahmoud and Ahmad Abdulhameed Elgendi, who are high

school students.

It was mentioned that the students were arbitirarily detained on Sunday, 14-11-2015 in a way that

violates the law. They were exposed to the persecution after that, which accused them of many

charges in the case number 361, which is known as “breaking down the Police Officers club” to be

temporarily imprisoned under investigations: Until they were turned to a military court which is a

declared violation of the current constitution, especially subject number 204 which states that “The

military judgement is an independent judicial headquarter which is particularly specialized in judging

the crimes related to the Armed Forces, its officers, its individuals and those under their judgement or

the crimes committed by the individuals of the main investigations headquarter. No civilian should be

exposed to a military court.”
