The exposure to the prosecution of the student Ibrahim Mohammad Zahran, first year of
Engineering studies, Alsalab and the assistant professor Muhammad Elmandouh, Higher Institution
for Computer Science, was delayed until the next Sunday 20-9-2015.
It was mentioned that the student Ibrahim Zahran was arbitrarily arrested in July, where he was
forcibly hidden for ten days, in which it was proved that he was severely tortured to admit putting a
bomb in Dekrnis city. While, the professor Mohammad Elmandouh was arrested on 2nd July, after
which he was forcibly hidden for 21 days and he was severely and systematically tortured to admit
things he have not committed.systematically
After the period of their disappearance, they were exposed to prosecution, which accused them of
possessing explosives, possessing pressures including cheers against the current system and
belonging to the Muslim Brotherhood in the report number 9783/2015, Misdemeanor Ciurt of Minyet
Elnasr. And, since that time, they were detained under investigations.
It worth to mention that this detention came as a violation of all tge International and local charts
and laws and all the human rights, especially, the International Convention for protecting all people
from the enforced disappearance which states that”Invocation is fobidden, under any circumstances,
whether it was related to a case of war, threatening of a war outbreak, absence of inner or political
settlement or under any case to justify the enforced disappearance.” and the subject number 55 which
states that “Whoever gets arrested, restricted disappeor deprived of his liberty should not be
frightened, intimidated, tortured or hurt physically or morally and should be detained in specific places
that apply humanity as torture is a crime cannot fall with obsolescence.”
