Cessation Court ruled on Monday 23/02/2015 to reject the report of " Muhammad Khald Nabil "
 first year student at the Faculty of Engineering Department Cairo campus, on imprisonment 
sentence of for a period of three years .
Recalling that the student arrests was arbitrarily contrary to the law on December 21, 2013
while granting one of his relative in 1st nasr city department   who was arrested during a
protests  against the current regime , and had been issued against him jail sentence for five years , where it was diluted to appeal to prison for a period of three years .
