Egyptian authorities continue to disappearthe student Ibraheem Aamer Shehata, in the faculty of Arts, Ain Shams University. The student was arrested on the 22nd, July 2015 but neither his family nor his lawyer knows where he is till now.

Worth mentioning that arresting the student was illegal according to the local current constitution in Egypt that stated in article 54 ” except for catching someone with a criminal action, none shall be arrested without a justifying judicial request. Also, they have to be informed with the ŗeason they are arrested for and their rights in writing. Also, he should be enabled to contact his family and his lawyer” but we can see that the entire article is violated as the student is arrested for more than 2 months till now.
