Referral of three students at Cairo University to the criminal court
Ruled on behalf  Giza court on  Sunday 01/03/2015,  to refer three students at University of Cairo
to the criminal Court.
The names of the students came as follows:
1-Omar Yosry, third year student at Faculty of Law.
-2 Abdul Rahman Mohammed, second year student at Faculty of Commerce.
-3 Mahmoud Shehata,  student at the Faculty of Agriculture.
It is noteworthy that security foces arrested three students arbitrarily against the law after they were attacked severely beaten by officers in civilian clothes,  on Tuesday, 10.28.2014 at Bulaq district, where they directed them to the public prosecutor on several charges, including: cutting the road , demonstrating without a permit, and rioting, which evacuated the papers refer the case to the criminal court
