Two years went on the sixth of October 2013 events, where the security Forces to the Egyptian authorities murdered against the  law 12 university student, as a result of security forces extreme violence and the use of live bullets to break up demonstrations by anti regime protesters , as well as torture to death against a number of opponents of the regime, who were arrested on the same day.

Crude violations carried out by security forces on that day, the beginning of arbitrary arrests against opponents of the regime, and even enforced disappearance, torture, even death, and ending with committing murder directly using live bullets against a number of students in universities and institutes of the Egypt during the break up of anti-regime demonstrations in that day, those violations against students has resulted in the deaths of 12 students as follows:

Students who were killed in demonstrations :

1. Rafidah Mohamed Mahmoud Mohammed Saif, first year student at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Beni Suef, which died on the evening of Sunday, 06/10/2013, after being shot with a live bullet fired by security forces to disperse a demonstration against the system in Beni Suef governate.

2. Ammar Mohammed Abdul Nabi Khatab, second year student at the Faculty of Languages and Translation, Al-Azhar University, who died on Sunday, 06/10/2013, as a result of his injury of a gunshot fired by security forces to disperse a demonstration against the regime.

3. Abdul Rahman Mahroos Khotob , second year student at the Faculty of Dawa Al-Azhar University, who died on Sunday, 06/10/2013, as a result of a gunshot wound to the head lodged in the brain, shot by the Security forces while breaking up a demonstration against the regime in Ramses Square in Cairo.

4. Mohammed Fathi Abdullah, first year student at the Faculty of Islamic Sharia Al-Azhar University, who was wounded in 06/10/2013 on Sunday, while the security forces broke up a demonstration against the system in “Doki” area where wounded with a live bullet penetrated to his shoulder and lodged in his stomach, after that caused lung failure , that lead to a coma which lasted until he died on Thursday, 10/10/2013.

5. Abdul Rahman El-beshbeshi, a student at the Faculty of Dar Al Uloom, Cairo University, who died on Sunday, 06/10/2013, as a result of a gunshot in his abdominal, security forces fired to disperse an anti-regime demonstrations.

6. Abdul Rahman Ahmed Abdel Sattar, second year student at the Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University, who died on Sunday, 06/10/2013, after being hit with a live bullet in the pelvis area, following the security forces using live ammunition to break up one of the anti-regime demonstrations.

7. Hassan El-sayed El-Arini, a student at the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels Suez Canal University, who died on Sunday, 06/10/2013, after being shot in the chest area , after  security forces broke up a demonstration against the system in “Ramses” Sq in Cairo.

8. Mahmoud Mohammed Tantawi, a student at the Faculty of Commerce, Suez Canal University, who died on Sunday, 06/10/2013, after being shot in the chest Area, after Security forces broke up a demonstration against the system in the field of “Ramses” sq in Cairo.

9. Haitham Sultan, third year student at the Faculty of Law, Cairo University, who died on Sunday, 06/10/2013, as a result of his injury by a gunshot to the head, while the security forces broke up a protest against the system in “Dokki.”

Students who were killed by security forces after detention:

10 – Ibrahim Amer, first year student at the Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University, security forces arrested him on Sunday, 06/10/2013,and forcibly disappeared until his body was found several days after that with signs of torture in different parts of his body.

11. Ahmed Tamer Salah al-Din, a student at the Faculty of Commerce, Cairo University, which security forces arbitrarily arrested him on Sunday, 06/10/2013, where he was taken to an unknown location, his family attempts to find him failed.

On Wednesday 09/10/2013 the family received a call from Imbaba police station in Cairo to tell them the availability of information on the student, and that they found the student body dumped in the Nile, to be surprised that the student body was swollen and black in color, with a fractured skull, while his eyes flashing dull and his tongue hanging out of his mouth while his teeth bite him, which confirmed that the death of the student was not caused by drowning, but because of the torture to death at the headquarters of his detention.

12. Omar Khalifa, second year student at the Faculty of Engineering, Helwan University, and who was arrested arbitrarily on Sunday, 06/10/2013, where he was taken to the headquarters of the Salam camp, On Wednesday,09/10/2013 his family took his lifeless body, without any logical interpretation by the security services about the reason for his death,  the student had several effects of severe torture which he endured and was clear on his body, which was likely that the death of the student were a result of systematic torture he suffered at the headquarters of the Salam camp before his death.
