The Supreme Prosecutor’s Office at Abbasid court on Saturday 07/11/2015 ruled to imprison both “Ali sayed Abdullah,” 1st year student at the Faculty of Law, University of Helwan, and “Khalid Mohammed Abdel Fattah” third grade secondary student for a period of fifteen days pending investigations.
It is noteworthy that the security forces had arrested “Khaled” arbitrarily against the law without any authorization or a court order from one of the streets on Friday, 02/10/2015, and took him to an unknown location to any of his family or his lawyer place, and was under forced disappearance for up to thirty-five days, while they arrested “Ali ” arbitrarily from his home on Tuesday, 13/10/2015, as he was as well subjected to enforced disappearance for up to twenty-four days, in which is a flagrant violation of the law and the Constitution.
After the disappearance, at noon at the Department of Ain Shams presented them to the prosecution, which ruled to imprison them of charges of : demonstration and join the Muslim Brotherhood, as well as join the Ultras.
