Misdemeanor Court in Mansoura ruled on Sunday, 08.11.2015 to postpone the verdict hearing to Sunday, 11.15.2015 in the case accused in it each of “Abdulhadi Alawadla”, “Yasser Zaini,” and “Ahmed Gad,” Students at the Faculty Engineering Mansoura University and on the charges of belonging to the Muslim Brotherhood.

It is worth mentioning that the students had been detained arbitrarily contrary to the law on 07.31.2015 from a public street of city of Mansoura,they were also taken to an unknown location was not disclosed to any of their relatives or their lawyers, where this violation was in violation of Article I of the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearances that “it may not be invoked under any exceptional circumstances whatsoever, whether a state of war or a threat of war, internal political instability or any other public emergency exception, to justify enforced disappearances.
