Military Court decided to postpone the consideration of the case convicted in it the student, “Mustafa Ahmed Yehia” student at the Faculty of Pharmacy – Minya University to the first of December next session, so as to intercept the judge of the absence of defendants in the cage and the presence of the lawyers only, stating that the student “Mustafa Ahmed Yehia” faces formerly a prison sentence of 3 years.
The Minya Court had ruled on Monday 10/12/2015 to reject the writ submitted by the student’s lawyer, and that the rule of incarceration for three years, and which had been issued against him on 16/04/2015 after he was accused of burning electricity generators.
It is worth mentioning that the student had been arrested arbitrarily against the law on 10.11.2014, where there was not earlier decision of the prosecutor or a court ruling reasoned to that effect, he was deported after the verdict to Wadi Natrun prison on 22.6.2015,and On 04/04/2015 the student was charged in another case many charges of the most prominent: burning Cotton depository and burning 7th news broad cast car and belonging to an outlawed group.
