Mansoura Misdemeanor Court ruled on Thursday 26/11/2015, the release of “Mohammed Shaaban Ghalwash” fourth year student at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Mansoura University, and that after serving his detention, which lasted for a year.

The Misdemeanor Mansoura court ruled on Wednesday 18/03/2015 commuted the sentence of imprisonment for two years against the student to a prison term of one year and a fine of 5,000 pounds.

As the security forces had arrested the student arbitrarily against the law without permission or a court order on November 23, 2014 following the storming of the campus in Mansoura, to be presented to the public prosecutor who sent him several charges, including: joining a terrorist group is based against the Constitution and the law and demonstrating without a permit, those charges referred him to the  misdemeanor court to start his jail from Feb. 28 for two years.
