And continuing abuses against the student, where he was held in solitary confinement in the Section until 06.11.2015 and then was deported to Abu Zaabal prison on 06/22/2015, to be deported afterwards to Tora prison, where he prevented visit during the first fifteen days after his appearance, which the abuse did not stop at this point, but was prevented from completing his studies, was also prevented the entry of textbooks to him, currently is prevented visits without clear reasons, in addition to suffering  of cruel beatings transactions, it is worth mentioning that what he suffered from arbitrary arrest followed by enforced disappearances and torture, was contrary to all international conventions and laws of the Egyptian interior, especially in Article I of the International Convention for the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance states: “No one shall be subjected to enforced disappearance,” and was subjected to torture contrary to the provisions of Article V of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights states that: “No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman sanctions or degrading treatment .”
