Mansoura Criminal Court ruled on Saturday 02/13/2016 to acquittal ”Amr Mustafa Shawki Alfeheel” third year student at the Faculty of Commerce,Mansoura University, from charges that attributed to him in well-known media case known as ”Burning Motorcycles of the administrative security” issue, which had been issued against him in absentia, sentenced him to life imprisonment.
States that the student had been arbitrary arrested without a warrant,in the sixteenth of April of last year,from the vicinity of Mansoura University,where he was presented to the public prosecution, which remanded him in custody on remand record number 7530 Mansoura misdemeanor court for the year 2014, and then he started re-trial procedures in the criminal court that ruled the day before yesterday pleaded not guilty.
It is noteworthy that the student sentence provisions in two other cases, one issued from Mansoura Criminal Court on Monday 05/18/2015 sentenced the student to seven years,on the charges against him in the record Case No. 1256 to 2014 total South,of belonging to an outlawed group, demonstrating without a permit, and inciting riots,and the other case which is issued by a military court of imprisonment for 7 years and 100 thousand pounds fine and 5 years under supervision, in the case known in media as ” 16th of April.
