Second Zagazig prosecution decided on Thursday 02/18/2016 imprisonment of students at the University of Zagazig, “Ahmed Abdel Moneim” and “Wasim Said,” the students at the Faculty of Law, as well as “Mohammed Abdel Azim“, a student at the Faculty of Commerce, for a period of 15 days on remand in custody investigations, after the security forces had arrested them arbitrarily without permission or authorization court reasoned, in campus Zagazig on Tuesday, 2/16/2016, and then were taken to the headquarters of a second section of Zagazig where they were brought before a public prosecutor who ordered jailed pending investigations.
It is noteworthy that what is done against the student is a violation of articles No. (54) of the Egyptian Constitution, which reported that the criminalizes of sentimental to the arrest of any person arbitrarily without a reasoned judicial order,and the first Article of the international Convention for the Protection of All persons from enforced disappearances, which reportedly stipulating that “no one shall be subjected to enforced disappearance under any circumstances“.
