After seven days of enforced disappearance, Baltim Prosecution decided today corresponding Saturday 02/20/2016, foreclosures “Mohammed Ismail Eid“ a student at the Faculty of Engineering – Delta Private University, for a period of 15 days on remand pending investigations, and the student has been arrested arbitrarily from his home by Egyptian security forces on Friday, 02/12/2016, where he was taken to an undisclosed location to remain under enforced disappearance for a whole week, until yesterday afternoon in the “Baltim” police station to be viewed today on the public prosecutor who decided remanded in custody investigations.
It is noteworthy that is exposed to the student of enforced disappearance is a violation of article No. (54) and of the Egyptian Constitution, which reported the criminalizes of sentimental to the arrest of any person arbitrarily without a reasoned judicial order,and the first Article of the international Convention for the Protection of All persons from enforced disappearances, which reportedly stipulating that “no one shall be subjected to enforced disappearance under any circumstances”.
