Barely two months later from the appearance of “Mustafa Zakaria Ahmed Bassiouni” student third year at the Faculty of Law – University of Tanta, after more than 60 days of enforced disappearances, he is exposed again for the same crime, where the security services of the Egyptian authorities continue to conceal the place of the student detention, since he was arrested arbitrarily without injunction from his home in the morning of Sunday 14/2/2016 after storming his house and its breaking its contents by 10 members belonging to the security forces, and then the student taken away to an unknown destination until this moment.
It is worth mentioning that this is the third time of student arresting without legal cause of or judicial authorization, and the second time of enforced disappearance, where the student was arrested for the first time in December of 2013, and then the public prosecutor charged him with disturbing the peace and public security and incitement to demonstrate, and then the decision was made to release him on bail two weeks after his arrest, The student was arrested again from his home at dawn on Wednesday, 09/10/2015, to remain under enforced disappearance for two consecutive months during which his family has not been able to identify the his place and the security services denial the detention of student.
The student appeared then for the first time on Thursday, 09.12.2015 to be released without being charged in any case and without an objective interpretation by the security services about the illegal detention that done against him for more than 60 days, according to a student’s brother on his account on one of the social networking sites, the student is exposed since his release last December of a series of harassment and threats by the officers of the state security apparatus in Mahalla ,Gharbia governorate, ended by storming his home without permission and arrested him for the third time and taken to an unknown place to his family or his lawyer until this moment.
It is noteworthy that what is done against the student is a violation of articles No. (54) of the Egyptian Constitution, which reported the criminalizes of sentimental to the arrest of any person arbitrarily without a reasoned judicial order, and the article No.(9) of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and emphasized the inadmissibility of arbitrary arrest or detention of any person without legal permission to do so, also it confirmed that the enforced disappearance is a crime that required brought the perpetrator to justic
