09/11/2014 the day which saw the last contact from “Mohammed Yahya Abdel Muti Ibrahim Attia” final year student at the Institute of Egoth for Tourism and Hotels, where the student’s sister said through her page on one of the social networking sites that her brother phone his mother on Friday, 2014 / 9/11 and told her not to try to search for him without any explanation,and the contact was lost.ِAnd then all their attempts failed to connect to his closed phone.

Until the next day,when they received a call from a friend of the student who told them that he was at the headquarters of the state security apparatus after an altercation between him and a police trustees who beat him before he took him to a police station in “Ras Sidr,” where he was working,student’s friends heared that he was detained in headquarters of the state security apparatus, according to what his sister narrated on her page on one of the one of the social networking sites,which confirmed that her family did not have access to any confirmed information about his brother fate or whereabouts for nearly 18 months and up to this moment.

It is noteworthy that what is done against the student is a violation of articles No. (54) and of the Egyptian Constitution, which reported the criminalizes of sentimental to the arrest of any person arbitrarily without a reasoned judicial order,and the first Article of the international Convention for the Protection of All persons from enforced disappearances, which reportedly stipulating that “no one shall be subjected to enforced disappearance under any circumstances”.
