Security forces on Saturday 07/03/2015 arrested “Mohamed El Sawy” second year student at the Faculty of Commerce, University of Menoufia, after a raid on his home in Shebeen, the current authorities have denied the student’s place, and his place remains until now unknown to his family.
The current system acts contrary to all international laws and treaties made, which stipulates the International Convention for the protection of people that “No one shall be subjected to enforced disappearance & may not be invoked in exceptional circumstances whatsoever,” and the “freedom of students Observatory” holds the current authorities responsible for the student’s personal safety.
