After the court set him free and decided that he is guiltless on Wednesday 28th Jan 2015,Yahya Khafagy, the student in Azhar University  was arrested again illegally and arbitrarily from one of the police ambushes when he was going back to Fowah Village on the Mahmoudeya road, he was then deported to Kafr El sheikh with the claim that he is not carrying his identity

 

Worth mentioning that security forces had arrested the student on the 30th August 2015 randomly throughout the security forces trial to adjourn one of the opposing demonstrations in Al Behoos metro area.

 

He was sentenced 2 years then the resumption was accepted after that then a decision was taken by the misdemeanor that the student is guiltless from all the charges he was accused of like demonstrating without a permission and belonging to a terrorist group.
