The Ninth circle in Assuit felonies court decided on Wednesday 11/3/2015 under the supervision of the councillor Abdul Hady Khaleefa to send the student in the faculty of pharmacy, Assuit University, Aly Khalifa Mohammad Khalifa to prison for 3 years for belonging to a terrorist illegal group.

Worth mentioning that security forces arrested the student illegally and arbitrarily on 3/7/2014 from one of the streets in Assuit. He was arrested in the second police office in Assuit. The prosecution charged him with belonging to an illegal group and turned him to the felonies court with the case number 12565 felonies, Assuit.
