Ruled by the public prosecutor on Sunday, 03/15/2015, to  remain in custody, “Essam Ali Elmitwaly ” 2nd year student at  Arts College in  Mansoura University for a period of fifteen days pending investigations

Recalling that the student was arrested arbitrarily in violation of the law on 
Jan 20 from his home in Dekerness Center , where he was forced to hide for several days 
before being presented to the prosecutor for the first time.
