In another violation committed by security forces against all laws and documents that says that it is not allowed to arrest anybody or hide him by force, we have received the news of “ Mohammad Hamdy Shoheib’s” disappearing. Mohammad is a student in the faculty of commerce, Nile University. He was taken to Mansoura police office on the 27th Jan 2015. Though the police office denies that the student is there.

 

Worth mentioning that one of the released students said that there are many students get tortured and threatened with many threats such as killing and arresting families to confess certain crimes. He said also that Mohammad Hamdy is one of them.


Freedom seekers observatory condemns such illegal practices that violate all what is mentioned in the international laws, documents and the Egyptian constitution that state everyone right to live safe and free and not to be forcibly hidden more than 24 hours and not to receive any humiliating treatment.
